What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is actually a Chinese Martial Art; however these days, it is mostly used as a health exercise that promotes vitality, structural balance, strength and longevity for people of all ages. It utilizes specific breathing patterns which strengthen the respiratory system and calms the nervous system. The deep breathing also strengthens the diaphragm and abdomen which aids in digestion.
