Zoom conference platform, for a 

BEGINNING TAI CHI CLASS 
that occurs once a week for 4 weeks
Fridays, from 10:00 - 11:00am

This is the Short Form of Yang Style Tai Chi. Our focus is with 2 main things - BALANCE - balance on our feet and balancing the right and left sides of the body.  And BREATHING - deep cleansing breaths - for healthy lungs and a well oxygenated body!  $45.00
