What is an Essential Oil?

Essential oils are aromatic, living liquids derived from shrubs, flowers, trees roots, bushes and seeds.

Depending on the purity and the use of the essential oils, they can be used topically on the skin, inhaled directly, diffused into the air and/or ingested.

My favorite essential oils company is Young Living. Young Living Essential Oils are one of the highest therapeutic-grade essential oils in the world!
